A. Being established for over 30 years means we can draw on a tremendous amount of experience we have gained supplying and supporting taxi drivers with the manufacture, installation and support of our products.
Our core strength of being the only British Manufacturer of an electronic taximeter means we are the only company in the UK to offer such extensive after sales service and support.
Our customers know that a REM taximeter installation will be tidy and organised leaving NO unsightly or dangerous wiring exposed.

Q. What are our postage and delivery options?
A. We use Royal Mail 1st/2nd class and Citylink couriers depending on the size and weight of your order, delivery for Citylink is on a next day basis up to 6pm between Mon-Fri. Orders typically need to be received before 3pm in order for same day despatch
Q. Your website does not display properly in my microsoft internet browser?
A. Taximeters recommends using the free Mozilla Firefox internet browser (see our FAQ section for the link) and recommend your desktop is set to 1280 x 1024 resolution, you will find a much safer, secure and configurable surfing environment!
